I remember the first time I had the thought, “I NEED OUT OF THIS RAT RACE.”
The story starts about seven years ago… 
I was running a creative agency. On the surface, things were great. I adored my team and loved my clients (well most of them, let’s just be honest).

It was that thought that started this whole journey.
For the three years we were in the bay, our house was profitable EVERY MONTH… accidentally!
And it was that ONE property on Airbnb that made us well over six figures… accidentally!
